Master Image Management and Updates
DataDrill works closely with it's Clients to create a new Master Image for field users.
- Once verified by the Client and DataDrill, the laptop image is dumped onto an Image Server that is backed up regularly.
- Customizations and updates to the image are performed regularly, as needed by the Client
- Microsoft and Anti-Virus updates are updated without needing Client approval.
- Client-specific software updates need to be approved by the Client before becoming part of the Master Image.
