DataDrill utilizes top quality products that are fully tested and fully functional. Before deployment DataDrill closely monitors our products and their lifespan to ensure all our products are up to date and reliable. DataDrill is constantly researching and testing new products to add to our fleet to ensure our clients the best solutions possible.
Every package sent out of the Support Centre is double-checked for accuracy of equipment ordered, as well as the operation of the equipment. A follow-up call is then placed by the Support Centre after a package is shipped to confirm the package has arrived and all the equipment is working correctly.
All laptops will be upgraded through replacement by DataDrill on average of 2.5 years. This will ensure that the customer is using equipment that is up to date and able to handle the demanding applications of the future.
Support Centre Tracking
- All support calls and equipment requests are entered into a real-time call tracking program
- Shipping and tracking status of equipment are also monitored with this software
- Reports can be generated from this software to show call trends
Inventory Management
- DataDrill’s inventory system utilizes a combination of barcodes, handheld scanners,and a large database to accurately account for all assets, allowing DataDrill to accurately know the location of any piece of equipment at a given time.
- Clients can be provided a specific summary of rental equipment upon request.
- End Users are provided a list of the equipment they are responsible for with each package shipped out, giving them a point of reference when returning the rental equipment to DataDrill.
