DataDrill minimizes the effect of hardware failure in the field by ensuring that each package is identical in all aspects. In rare cases when replacement equipment is required DataDrill is proactively prepared. DataDrill has extra equipment and systems on standby, ready to replace the damaged equipment in a moment's notice. The equipment can be re-installed or delivered by one of our field technicians, held for pick up at DataDrill, or shipped via Greyhound, airplane, or other courier as required.
